Returns

In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days with tracked delivery. You'll get a confirmation
email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

• Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD.
• Below $50 CAD, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We currently ship from the United States.
• Pre-orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks; if an order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, it ships
  together when the pre-order is ready, unless you ask us to split it.
  
  

If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

• Items should be unworn and in original condition.
• Start a return by emailing hello@unello.example with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.
• Exchanges (e.g., a different size or tier) ship free.
  
  
  

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right, no return shipping on us.
