Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once it's accepted and shipped. We
may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or priced in error.
The signal
Unello jewelry communicates that the wearer is open to connecting. It is an invitation, not a
contract: no one is obligated to interact with anyone. Wear and respond at your own discretion,
and always look out for your own safety.
Intellectual property
The Unello name, logo, the signal system, and site content are owned by Unello and protected
by applicable law. Please don't reproduce them without permission.
Liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Unello isn't liable for
indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site, the products, or real-world
interactions prompted by the signal.
